Adventures In Kindness is an action and adventure book for kids ages 7-14. With more than 52 fun and easy-to-follow adventures for kids, this book is designed to make kindness and compassion a daily practice. Kids can choose among nine categories of adventures (including kindness adventures for your school, your community, your mind, and your body), before reading about why that adventure matters and what impact it can have. Then the real adventure begins as kids set out on their kindness journeys. And with the book's corresponding journal pages, kids can document how each kindness adventure makes them feel, and what they'll remember about each experience. With a full year's worth of action-packed and positive adventures, this book will spark curiosity, empathy, kindness, and action.
